3. DATA RETENTION
- Assessment data is stored securely in our database

- Transaction records may be retained longer as required by law

- Upon deletion request, all context fields and deal metadata are purged from our active database within 30 days
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use trusted third-party services:
- Payment processing — Stripe handles all payment transactions
- Analysis infrastructure — We utilize Anthropic (Claude API) for generating narrative analysis. Your assessment inputs are processed by Anthropic but are not used to train their models. Data sent to Anthropic is transient and governed by their API data privacy terms.
- Hosting — Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud services
These services have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data.
